Nancy
This hotel in a nice area, tucked away in a side alley off one of the main roads in the old quarter, offers great value for money. The rooms, decorated in a colonial style with some sweet decorations, are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The super chilly air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay, and all basic amenities are provided. The included breakfast is a nice touch and is made to order and very good.
All was superb, no improvements needed.

Good breakfast each morning. I would definitely book here again and do recommend it. Public parking nearby was provided...
There was nothing I didnt like.

Convenient access to hoan kiem lake and other tourist places. On arrival the staff was kindly. The hotel is in the old district.
Nothing not too like.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi and had a fantastic experience. the location was spot on - tucked away in a nice area just off one of the main roads in the old neighborhood. It was so convenient for exploring the city, with attractions like the cathedral and the lake just a short walk away. Secondly, I was thrilled with the service provided by the staff. They were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated with sweet little touches. It was evident that attention to detail was given when it came to the decor.
Everything was just fine, nothing to improve.

Rooms are spacious and we were provided an early check in
The hotel does not provide what you reserve through Booked.net. Room features do not correspond to the service offered. Staff say they gave us a room as requested early check in, but we checked other kind of rooms in the evening and they just do not have what they advertise (no deluxe and no suite exist). Breakfast very poor. Staff very insistant about booking tours with them (we were asked up to four times in a day!). Room very noisy on the 2nd floor and not very clean (lots of hairs on the floor of room and bathroom).

Powerful shower. Decent bed, and tea making facilities. very friendly staff!
List of facilities is fabricated, examples of things our room was said to come with include - kitchen, dvd player, a bath, 2m+ bed etc. There isn't a bar or a restaurant, there is an area where they serve breakfast with 2 tables, usually taken up by staff. Roof-top bar/sundeck is a myth. When confronted about these absences the lady said that they have to lie to get people to come.! Never replaced towells, had to ask for them 4 days in a row. Very pushy with booking tours, told us repeatedly to go to Halong Bay even when we continually said we were not going. When we checked out they asked us to go online and give them a good review and high marks so that more people come haha!

We had a great stay in this hotel with helpful and friendly staff who provided excellent service and advice. The location is perfect as it is near the center of the city and within easy walking distance to all the must-see attractions in this city. The breakfast was simple but good, with interesting Vietnamese-style food. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.
Not obvious to find.

I recently had a really enjoyable stay at a hotel in Hanoi. the location was perfect, nestled in a side alley off one of the main roads in the old quarter. It was in a nice area, away from the hustle and bustle yet still close to plenty of food options. Secondly, the staff were excellent, providing warm and friendly service with good English proficiency. They were attentive to detail and made sure all basic amenities were provided in the rooms, including super chilly air conditioning and some sweet decorations in a colonial style. Lastly, the prices were very reasonable, with breakfast included for a cheap price.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints at all.

Quiet location in bustling old quarter. Good-sized, clean room with proper shower. Relief from constant noise. Excellent hotel staff always helpful. Close to major attractions in Hanoi. Balcony with pool view as requested.
Nothing to be said.

The hotel was conveniently located near the center of town and old quarter. Plenty of restaurants and shops were within walking distance, and the receptionist offered helpful information about traveling to Ha Long Bay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with cozy furniture that matched well.
The meals provided by the hotel's restaurant had limited options compared to nearby restaurants.

The hotel is situated in a small lane off the main street, which makes it quiet and peaceful at night. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to offer assistance. One key aspect of the hotel that we liked was the travel desk – they were very knowledgeable and helped us plan our entire trip throughout Vietnam with great suggestions on destinations and transportation.
The internet on level 8 was very slow and pretty much useless, which was quite annoying. We had to go to the foyer to get a good connection and check emails.

Friendly and welcoming staff, always ready to help. They suggested and arranged a city tour which gave me an excellent insight into the local culture. The location was perfect, with restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean.
The breakfast could be improved. There were limited options for those with dietary restrictions.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
